I wish a fond farewell to the wonderful writers at Geekadelphia, as well as to the many readers both local and afar. Since starting in the summer of 2016, Geekadelphia has opened my eyes to a remarkable community filled with talented artists who express themselves through their abstract and visual genius, with local entrepreneurs getting a start on their cutting edge product, with the museum curators coordinating the next edifying exhibit, and with the educators forging a path of positivity for the kids.
I would also like to take this time to express my gratitude for those who made this possible. I give my thanks to the kind, skilled, and amazing Geekadelphia staff: to point out a few, namely Dan Matthews for introducing me to the blog, and to Mikey Ilagan for giving me the chance to write here, and to learn the ropes of blogging. I am glad I was able to see our tight-knit group provide entertaining content for the City of Brotherly Love. Geekadelphia provided me with my first blogging opportunity, and the confidence to start writing more as a creative outlet.
To all the geeks, thank you for reading through and through! Nothing made me happier than knowing that I could help fellow geeks share their passions and get their creations out there, and to provide the readers with a new person, place or event that they could enjoy. With each article written, I felt a sense of fulfillment and happiness knowing that I was able to help shine the spotlight on so many phantastic Philadelphians!
I will see you later.
