The latest exhibit taking over the Franklin Institute is the Terracotta Warriors of the First Emperor. This exhibit will allow you to journey inside one of the most significant archeological discoveries in history.
Silent, steadfast, and secret, an army of more than 8,000 terracotta figures stood guard over the tomb of China’s first emperor for over 2,000 years before being discovered in 1974…Unprecedented in its focus on the science and technology used to build, bury, and excavate the Terracotta Army, this brand new exhibit engages visitors of all ages through ten Terracotta figures, more than 170 artifacts, plus multimedia and interactive elements.
How often do you get to be up close and personal with this kind of history?!
