September is a rough time of the year for anime fans. Otakon down in Baltimore (soon to be DC) is over and local cons Zenkaikon and Kotoricon are still months away.

Yes, from 2:00pm through 10:00pm, vendors, panels, anime video screenings, and of course a costume contest will keep the attention of anime fans from all over the region.
