Hey there Dino lovers! As a part of Ferocious February, the Academy of Natural Sciences will once again feature two days of prehistoric fun that you definitely won’t want to miss!
On Saturday, February 15 and Sunday, February 16, come explore the world of dinosaur fossils at Paleopalooza: the annual two day event that puts the spotlight on how dinosaurs lived millions of years ago.
Some of the activities you can expect are a tour of Dinosaur Hall, a dance along, Dino-opoly (a game to test your knowledge on dinosaurs), and Life in Scales, a live-animal show with a prehistoric twist. Additionally, Drexel’s own paleontologist Ken Lacovara and crew will be on hand to answer any questions as well as share with attendees how they’re using 3D printing to delve deeper into the lives of some of the most infamous prehistoric creatures.
Attendance is free with regular admission. For more information on Paleopalooza in addition to the many other exciting events happening at the Academy, head on over to their events page.
