Event with the Author: Meet the Author Lunch
All week, author Julie Otsuka will be hosting several discussions on her book, The Buddha in the Attic, and events to celebrate the conclusion of One Book, One Philadelphia. You can meet Otsuka for lunch at the Haverford Township Free Library. Tickets must be purchased in advanced.

Wednesday Matinee Screenings
This week’s Wednesday Matinee, It All Starts Today, was written by publicist and French writer Bertrand Tavernier. The film studies the life of a kindergarten teacher challenged with educating a generation plagued by economic and political turmoil.

Unknown Japan Film Series
Cinedelphia and the Japan America Society of Greater Philadelphia are teaming up to screen popular Japanese films never to be released in the US. (English Subtitles)

Rodriguez Branch Book Club
Eastern-dwelling natives looking for a book club need not look much further. The Rodriguez Branch will be discussing The Man in the Sharkskin Suit by Lucette Longnado once a month, from now until May 9th.

Trivia Challenge with Bob
